A West Virginia University student who fell from a parking garage died Friday. 20-year old Benjamin Pravecek of Harpers Ferry died after university police said he either fell or jumped from a parking garage and landed on the sidewalk. Officers are continuing their investigation, but early indications suggest no foul play was involved. The Carruth Center is offering individual counseling and a Crisis Text Line.
