First Lady Jill Biden will be in West Virginia today. She will be accompanied by Senator Joe Manchin, and actress and Charleston native Jennifer Garner. The First Lady will visit a vaccination center and make remarks at Capital High School. Due to a COVID-19 quarantine in the school district, the First Lady will no longer travel to Arnoldsburg.
