Marshall University is celebrating a national championship at the Division I level. Marshall battled Indiana for the soccer national championship on Monday night in Cary, North Carolina and the Thundering Herd came away with the College Cup crown and a 1-0 overtime victory. With the win, Marshall becomes the first unseeded team to claim the title since Santa Clara did it in 2006.
