Charleston Mayor Amy Goodwin is calling for mandatory training and certification for all police officers. She wants officers trained in de-escalation tactics and use of non-lethal force, and wants an inventory of all tasers, and a recommendation buy more. This comes after an officer-involved shooting last week.
