Students at Poca High School are fighting a dress code they think is outdated.
WCHS TV reported parents and guardians recently received a letter from the school outlining rules and details about the Dots’ upcoming graduation ceremony. The parent letter said girls must wear dresses or skirts, and it specifically said girls may not wear pants and if they do,they won’t march. A petition is circulating online asking to change the rules. Poca’s graduation is scheduled for June 1.
