Street sweeping will begin on Tuesday in Charleston. The City says it has tried to be accommodating while people have been working from home, but they need to clean the streets to keep drains from clogging. It will start on the East End on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. on the southbound side of the streets and Thursdays at noon on the north side of the streets. Vehicles are subject to ticketing or possible towing.
