Families effected by flooding in February and March in Kanawha, Cabell, Wayne, and Mingo counties, and didn’t received SNAP benefits, may be eligible for D-SNAP, the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. The benefits can be used to purchase food.
