Ohio Plane Makes an Emergency Landing

A plane overturned while making an emergency landing near West Portsmouth, Ohio on Friday. Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said two people were on board and one person reported a minor injury. The plane’s wheels appeared to get caught in mud, causing it to overturn. It is unclear what prompted the emergency landing. Investigators from the Federal Aviation Administration are on scene over the weekend. The incident happened just a few miles from the site of a deadly plane crash on May 28 that killed two people.
