Senator Shelley Moore Capito and President Biden will meet again tomorrow. As the lead negotiator for the GOP, Capito told the President yesterday that she hopes a bi-partisan agreement can be passed in the Senate on the proposed American Jobs Plan. The GOP plan is an eight-year 928-billion dollar counter offer.
