U.S. marshals arrested a man charged with shooting and killing another man in Meigs County on Easter Sunday. Meigs County Sheriff Keith Wood said Jaquan Hall was arrested Tuesday night in Charleston. Hall is charged with shooting and killing Kane Roush of Pomeroy on April 4, 2021. Roush’s body was found with gunshot wounds, just off Main Street, near the Wild Horse Cafe. Hall is charged with aggravated murder, complicity and conspiracy.
