There are new details about that fatal mining accident in Randolph County earlier this week. Fifty-three-year-old Timothy Collins was standing outside of a loaded coal truck when it started to roll forward toward a ravine. He tried to climb into the truck to stop it, but he slipped and fell under the truck and died at the scene.
