Law enforcement agencies in Cabell County have a new facility to workout alongside their K-9 partners. Spike’s K-9 Fund, along with local businesses, volunteers and police built a K-9 training course at the law enforcement K-9 memorial at the Barboursville Park. The obstacle course will be used for training dogs and their handlers. The training course is located at the end of Deer Park Road near the soccer field.
