The state Office of Mine Safety Health and Training is investigating two recent coal mining deaths. A coal truck driver was run over by his own truck at a Randolph County mining operation. Another miner has died from injuries he suffered a week when he fell off a loader at a Marfork Coal operation near Packsville.
