Morrisey says Purdue Pharma settlement isn’t fair to WV

State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey was in U.S. Bankruptcy Court during closing arguments in the Purdue Pharma bankruptcy case. West Virginia is opposing a plan on how money from the maker of OxyContin should be distributed. Morrisey says it’s unfair to split up the more than four-billion-dollar settlement based on population.
