Governor Justice says he does not see the need right now to declare a mask mandate, but he might in the future, if COVID-19 numbers continue to climb. More than three-hundred West Virginians are in the hospital with COVID, and more than one-hundred are in ICU. DHHR is reporting over two-hundred-forty new cases of the virus in the past 24-hours, and there are over five-thousand active cases.
