Masks will not be required outside at the state fair if you are fully vaccinated, but masks will be required indoors, regardless of vaccination status. The fair opens Thursday and runs through August 21st. Rapper Nelly, country star Brantley Gilbert and rock band Styx are among the scheduled performers.
