West Virginia is one of the first states to receive a shipment of third COVID-19 doses. The CDC just issued the news on Friday that a third dose was recommended, and the Kanawha-Charleston Health Department was able to reopen its free COVID-19 vaccination and testing clinic on Saturday. Third doses are recommended for immunocompromised patients. The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department is offering another free COVID vaccination and testing clinic this coming Saturday.
