Major General James Hoyer says unvaccinated West Virginians are filling up hospital beds at an unsustainable rate. More than five-hundred people are hospitalized with the virus, and there are almost twelve-thousand active cases statewide. Twenty-four counties are red and twenty-six counties are orange on the COVID-19 alert map.
