A fourth lawsuit is being filed in an ongoing investigation at Horace Mann Middle School after the arrests of a special needs teacher and two aides. The most recent suit is being filed on behalf of a child who has cerebral palsy. All three educators are accused of physically and verbally abusing special need students, and are facing battery charges.
