9/11 ceremony at Haddad River Front Park

Governor Justice is ordering flags to fly at half-staff today in observance of Patriot Day. Today is the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 terror attacks that killed nearly three-thousand people. Patriot Day was created to honor the memory of those who lost their lives. The governor is requesting that all West Virginians observe a moment of silence at 8:46, the time when the first plane hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center. A 9-11 ceremony will be held this morning at 10 at Haddad River Front Park.
