A woman was found dead and her body concealed in a trash bag inside a Wayne County home. West Virginia State Police said a woman who lived there, 28-year old Carrie Nicole Ramey was charged with murder and concealment of a deceased body and arrested. Troopers said she is charged in the death of 58-year old Tina Adkins. Adkins’ family members found her body Tuesday after she had been reported missing from the location Sunday.
