Governor Jim Justice said Monday that West Virginia has reached an all-time record of hospitalizations, ICU admissions and patients on ventilators. There are 852 West Virginians currently in the hospital fighting COVID-19. The governor said 31 more West Virginians died in connection to COVID-19 over the weekend, including a 26-year-old from Fayette County. There are 47 counties in red on the daily alert map.
