A fourth aide at Horace Mann Middle School is being terminated for “inappropriate incidents” in the classroom. James Lynch was an aide is a special needs classroom, but the left that classroom before abuse from two other aides and a teacher was discovered. After reviewing video of the classroom for the three months prior to the May incident, it was discovered that Lynch was involved in inappropriate activity, which led to his termination.
