The trial of a former Boyd County deputy is underway for the death of an inmate. Four former guards are accused in the 2018 death on inmate Michael Moore. Brad Roberts is the first guard to stand trial. Surveillance video shows Moore was strapped to a restraint chair for hours before his death. Roberts faces one count of first-degree manslaughter.
