Governor Justice is signing a bill that will allow you to decline the COVID-19 vaccination and keep your job. The bill passed in the recent legislative special session, and says companies cannot discriminate based on an employee’s vaccination status. There is a medical and a religious exemption. The bill goes into effect in ninety days.
