A man connected to the death of Charleston police officer Cassie Johnson will spend up to three-years in prison for his role in selling drugs to the man who pulled the trigger. Forty-five-year-old Richard Chapman pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver. He’s accused of selling drugs to Joshua Phillips before Johnson was shot.
