A mother and her boyfriend are facing charges after her four-year-old child suffered a skull fracture and may have ingested drugs. The man told Portsmouth police he was playing with the child and tossing her into the air when he dropped her onto the pavement and she hit her head. They were staying at a hotel in Rosemont, where police found ten grams of heroin. The little girl is being treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.
