West Virginia State Police said they made an arrest in connection with several suspicious devices found on boats in the Ohio River. Five devices were found during four separate incidents in the past week on the Ohio River in West Virginia and Kentucky. No injuries were reported, but local, state and federal agencies were called to investigate the devices. Troopers said the suspect, Nathaniel Becker, was taken into custody in Marietta, Ohio and is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on probable cause.
