SNAP benefits are increasing. Families should notice a difference in their October benefits. The increase comes as part of the USDA’s review of the food stamp program required under the 2018 farm bill. The increased benefit will be around 36-dollars per person, per month. The maximum benefit for a family of four with be 835-dollars a month. That’s up from just over 780-dollars.
