There is an uptick in COVID-19 numbers with more than fourteen-thousand active cases statewide, and over fifty people have died. Hospitalizations are down slightly, to just under one-thousand. Governor Justice is encouraging more people to get vaccinated. Just over 55-percent of eligible West Virginians are fully vaccinated.
