WV gas prices jump to some of the highest in the country

Gas prices in West Virginia are jumping to some of the highest rates in the country. The price for a gallon of unleaded regular is $3.11. That’s below the U.S. average of $3.20 a gallon. But AAA said if this were a race to increase prices, West Virginia would be tied for 9th with a three-cent-a-gallon hike.
