A man is charged in Boone County after court records said he was accused of sexually abusing two kids. Willard Buffington of New Iberia, La., was booked at the Southwestern Regional Jail on two charges of sexual abuse, according to a criminal complaint filed in Boone County Magistrate Court. Court records said the first alleged incident occurred in the 1990s and the alleged victim was under the age of 10. The second alleged incident occurred in April of 2021 and involved a child under the age of 5.
