Governor Justice is announcing over one-hundred winners in the “Do it for Babydog: Round 3” vaccination sweepstakes. Mauren Fisher of Fairmont won a 50-thousand-dollar Educational Savings Fund, and another twenty-five young West Virginians each won 10-thousand-dollar Educational Savings Funds.
