State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says private employers in West Virginia should not change their policies to follow the new federal vaccination mandate from OSHA. West Virginia is one of seven states that have joined together to challenge the new mandate that requires private employers with one-hundred or more workers to fully vaccinate their workforce by January 4th.
