Logan County Woman Faces Charges After Failing Field Sobriety Tests

A Logan County woman was arrested after police said she was driving recklessly and under the influence with two children in her vehicle. Michelle Bradbury of Logan was charged with DUI child endangerment and child neglect causing risk of injury following a traffic stop. A criminal complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court said Bradbury was stopped for alleged reckless driving along Route 44 heading toward Logan and police said she failed three field sobriety tests. Due to other pending calls, the officer let Bradbury and the children go home with a family friend at the time, but made a referral to Child Protective Services, took witness statements and requested surveillance video from a nearby business. A warrant was issued Monday and Bradbury was taken into custody.
