College bowl selections have been made and West Virginia will play Minnesota in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl December 28 in Phoenix. This will be the first matchup between the teams. It’s the fourth appearance in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl for Minnesota and the first for West Virginia. It will be the 39th bowl appearance in school history for the Mountaineers.
