Ohio’s new license plate design will officially launch on Wednesday. The “Sunrise in Ohio” design features a skyline, farm field, hills and a plane. A banner trailing from the plane that says, “Birthplace of Aviation” was initially on the wrong end, but Ohio’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles corrected the error. This will be the first change for Ohio license plates since 2013.
