South Charleston police said a man was in custody Monday after allegedly hitting several parked vehicles with his car in the Target parking lot. Someone reported the suspect struck a vehicle, then surveillance video revealed the man had struck other vehicles in the parking lot. Police said the suspect was driving a Toyota Corolla and six cars were damaged. The man was taken to the hospital for toxicology tests.
