Governor Justice concluded his State of the State speech this week with a list of recent accomplishments in the state, and then picked up his bulldog and turned her backside to the audience, and said “Babydog tells Bette Midler and those out there, kiss her heinie.” Midler made disparaging remarks about West Virginia last year, criticizing Senator Joe Manchin. She once again turned to Twitter to call out Justice, saying the dog “would make a better Governor than him.”
