A man has been arrested and charged with murder after a fatal hit and run in Kentucky last weekend. The Rowan County Coroner pronounced 91-year old Lonnie Leach of Morehead dead after the accident on Oak Grove Road last Saturday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon 44-year old Andy Baldridge was arrested and charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid and possession of marijuana.
