Gov. Jim Justice has ordered flags on state property to be flown at half-staff today in honor of former West Virginia Sen. Sue Cline. The flags will be lowered from dawn to dusk. Cline was a former state senator who represented Wyoming County, and passed away on Dec. 29. She was appointed to the state Senate in January 2016 and served until January 2021.
In addition to being a state senator, Cline also served as vice president of the Pineville Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Wyoming County Convention and Visitors Bureau.
