A Kingwood man is accused of hiring two people to throw a Molotov cocktail at his ex-girlfriend’s car. Sixty-year-old Glenn Castell is also accused of stripping the wire on her phone charged and placing it on her bed to cause a fire when the wire got hot. He’s facing arson charges.
