Gov. Jim Justice will deliver his State of the State address tonight (Wednesday, Jan. 12). Lawmakers came to town early for a special session that began Monday to develop bills to encourage economic growth. This special session comes just ahead of the yearly 60-day regular session that is scheduled to start today. There have been some reports that the governor will make some major economic announcements about manufacturing in tonight’s address.
