Three people are under arrest in connection to catalytic converter thefts in Ashland. Police caught up with the thieves at a Speedway station and found reciprocating saws and two cut out catalytic converters in plain view in the suspect’s vehicle. Thieves can sell the parts for scrap for hundreds of dollars. Replacing a catalytic converter can cost more than $1,000.
