Multiple crews battled a vacant house fire in the Scott Depot area on Wednesday. The fire was reported on the 700 block of Rocky Step Rd just before 6:00 a.m. Putnam County Dispatch told our partners at Eyewitness News that no injuries were reported. Teays Valley, Nitro, Hurricane, Poca, Eleanor, and Winfield fire departments are at the scene.
