Friends and family held a candlelight vigil for a missing Huntington baby. The community came together on would be Angel Overstreet’s first birthday. She went missing last May after Child Protective Services paid a visit to her father, Shannon Overstreet, over custody issues. He says he handed over the baby to CPS, but they have no record of that. Overstreet remains in jail on unrelated charges.
