A Cross Lanes Child Care employee accused of verbal and physical abuse was found not guilty this week. Jacklyn Williams had been charged with battery and first appeared in court to face the charge in July 2021. A jury in the Magistrate Court of Kanawha County found Williams not guilty on Tuesday. Cross Lanes Child Care has denied the allegations.
