Concerns Raised Over Food Served at WVU Dining Halls

Concerns have been raised recently about the quality of the food at West Virginia University’s cafeterias. Food company Sodexo provides meals, and WVU’s Dining Services is working with Sodexo to resolve issues. The university said concerns have come over raw and undercooked food at some dining halls, especially during the evening hours. Increased training and inspections will be part of the process.
