After a warm Presidents Day, changes are coming in the weather that could bring heavy rain. Two waves of low pressure will track across the Ohio Valley…one from Tuesday into Wednesday morning…and the next Thursday into Friday. WCHS TV meteorologists say flash flooding is possible. River flooding could extend through next weekend and likely even into the first half of next week.
