A Charleston man will spend up to forty-years in prison in connection to a 2019 murder and sexual assault. Forty-year-old LaSalle Burnett pleaded guilty to shooting and killing a man at his home on Ash Street, and sexually assaulting a woman at the home. Police are still looking for a second suspect in connection to the crime.
